Devin Rourke is passionate about guiding athletes to maximize their potential. His coaching philosophy is grounded in leveraging data to develop individualized training programs that align with each athlete’s needs and which support him/her in achieving his/her goals. Combined with regular feedback and communication, Devin’s training will help athletes build confidence in their fitness and progress. Listening to your body, consistent progressive training and strong community are central tenets of Devin’s coaching philosophy.
